day. We partnered with StoreToDoor Delivery. They will pick up your items from our Winnipeg locations
then they will bring your orders to you.

We charge $6.99 for orders below $69. All orders over $69 are eligible for free delivery.
We deliver within Winnipeg, Brandon, Steinbach, Portage la Prairie in Manitoba; within Sudbury and Sault
Ste. Marie in Ontario.
You can place your orders thru our online shop www.bestwest.ca, email, call, thru any of our social
media accounts or by filling up the forms below.
All of our locations offer delivery except for our Winkler and Selkirk, MB stores.
You need to inform us in advance if you need to have it be delivered on a specific day and time. It will
also depend on the availability of our delivery person.

- 2) One of our Pet Experts will call you back to confirm your order and arrange payment.
- 3) We will inform you if it is ready for pick up. Do not go to the store unless you receive confirmation from us.
- 3) Call us when you arrive at the store and one of our staff will bring out your order.
