REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We will gladly refund or return a product in the original package (same condition it left the store in) with a receipt within *60 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased.

No EXCEPTIONS: Reason being parvo virus can be contracted from other dogs. For the safety of our customer’s pets we cannot re-sell used products.

Food and treats must be within expiry period on product and there needs to be at least half a bag left in the original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Receipt is required.

Live animals are guaranteed for 24 hours after purchase. Receipt and body are both required.

Fish have a 48 hour guarantee. The receipt and body of the fish are both required.
